| I wouldnt label them as a scammer cause of the crazy shipping costs. They arent the only ones Ive seen with shipping like that before. Now if you get a seller who says they dont combine shipping and send everything in one box for an 1/8 of quoted cost for a single auction, yhea, I would say they are. |

| Yeah I saw the same thing with a action force vehicle half a year ago, the ship was 10$ and shipping was 300$. It's scammers and the thing probably isn't real. Wouldn't expect anything to show up in the mail 2 weeks later.
Actually that looks like the exact photo someone linked me a couple of weeks back.
Always check shipping, it's very easy to miss it. I don't even know how many argues I've been in over shippings, one time there was a guy selling star wars parts, he had 13 dollar per part to ship, I figured it's ok since I am buying several parts. Then he took those 13dollar times 4, which was how many parts I bought, so 52$ shipping, I was rather furious about it, and it took a while to convince the guy to do the correct shipping, the parts cost 1dollar each and I ended up buying some more from him in the end.

| Here is another one, not star wars but shipping over a thousand dollar. The pictures and video could easily been ripped off from some other site. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tucher-Walther-Live-Steam-German-Tin-Toys-Lehmann-Marx-/290408977452?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item439db9542c |

| Claes, to ship over seas it might be over 1k. I just checked it for here and its 65.47. Its a mini steam ship being sold from a mini toy company that deals with high end items and mostly imports. |

| It's a Bowspearer situation!!
Rawlin - The $1000 is actually, believe it or not, possbily legit. If the item is over a certain size it must go through a special carrier. There was a big topic on RS about this too over a toy fortress or something. I went to price a lightsaber weighing maybe 3lbs and it was like $200. Can't exceed a certain overall size , wieght doesn't matter.

| Man that sucks. I have trouble getting it together though.
I bought a pretty large box filled with metal stands last year and it didn't cost even close to that sum. Shipping is getting outrageous. |

| Cost of shipping over here went up a couple months ago, again. But it all depends on the location, weigh and shipping method is what really determines it. Ive been looking at comics on ebay and some sellers charge $6-7 for shipping a single issue and another place charges $5 no matter what size order. One thats the highest is in Cali and the cheapest is 2 states away. |
