| Finally got the last figure I needed to finish my Kenner run. I still need an Amanaman staff, one black palace blaster, and 2 black endor blasters, then the run is complete with weapons. This R2 proved to be most elusive, I refused to buy him as a single and lucked into a lot monday night on ebay with a BIN of $60. I convinced my wife that she HAD to get this for me or I would most likely die (much as I used to do to my mother) so she told me to snag it. Merry Christmas to me! Its been a super tight month, I am glad she hadn't bought me a gift as of monday night, so it worked out perfectly! The limbs are super tight, chrome is perfect as is the paint, and the saber is totally legit. The rest of the lot was crap, but thats 30 figures for the kids stockings, so all is good! |

| The sticker is a little yellow, but not too bad. Better pics of them coming soon! |

| Chuffed to bits for you Tim, a sense of completion on the loose run is a real pleasure, I remember getting the (over here) elusive blue sang to complete my own set & its a real buzz, just the right time - you wrapping it up for the big day so you get that buzz all over again considering its a pressi from the better half?.
So what's next? going to concentrate on Jabba stuff? |

| Its in my case now. I beat her to the mailbox I would like to start on the jabba stuff in a few months, I still have one monster figure to pay off first. I would like to find those few weapons before I start on another goal though. I think the completed loose collection needs to be finished before I start adding boxed stuff into the display If anyone has the bits I need, shoot me a PM! |

| Good luck with the last 4 weapons. Be wary with the Amanaman staff : http://www.imperialgunneryforum.com/t1229-reproduction-amanaman-staff |

| Nice job Tim : ) R2 looks very nice.... I agree with AJ. Check your resources before you buy any weapons to know 100% they are legit. -Steve |

| Yep, WAYYYY to many phonies out there and a lot of them have been out for years!
I bought a small lot of PotF figures awhile back that had 5 of the last 17 and all the weapons were fakes. Luckily, he refunded me my asking price though.
I will take pics of the whole set in a day or two, I have to take it out of my cabinet to get some good shots. How do you guys display your loose sets? Do you keep all the variants together, one of each "main figure" then the variants aside, or what? |

| Nothing like completing a loose set dude. Such a nice feeling of accomplishment. Like AJ said, careful on the weapons. Try Brett (Vintage City) he always has stuff and it takes away any worry on the repro front.
Nicely done! |

| Nice work Tim! Inspiration to kick myself in gear to complete my own loose run. I think I'm just a handful away.
