Wow I guess I am NOT helping Hey John, Thanks for the reply. Actually I think that was pretty helpful. I got a load of figures that was obviously someone's childhood collection. They were loose which makes things difficult but had been paired off with weapons and the one the Blue Snag came with was black and a sharp/detailed mold. I couldn't find a decent shot of a carded one, did some come with the blue, softer mold then or is this just one of those misconceptions that took hold? Best Wishes, -J |

| I seen somewhere but can't remember where that AFA refused to grade a blue snag with a blue vintage blaster. |

| I edit my post as you were replying. People seem to think it was blue but there isn't any evidence to support it. The figure only came in a baggie from the Sears Cantina Set and the baggies that I've seen (a whopping 2) have both been black blaster with nice detailing. For sake of comparison I'd say look at a 12 back Han or 20 back Greedo and Snaggletooth. Those blasters "should" be the correct one. |

Awesome! Thanks so much John. I really appreciate the help! It looks like he'd matched it up to the correct weapon, which keeps life easy. Best Wishes, -J |

| Just a quick side question about the blue snags. Is the dent toe version any more rarer than the non dent toe? |

IMO both the same. In theory the no dent was first ( I'm pretty sure the pre prod stuff has no dent) |
