Cool figure! The process of fixing the figure together is called sonic welding, it's something to do with using high frequency acoustic vibrations to bond the figure together, or something along them lines. Naturally every now and then the odd figure may miss this process, but I imagine it would be a reasonably rare accurance. I saw a guy flogging a non-sonic welded Luke farmboy once, it was the orange hair version aswell! Also thought you might like this AFA Han Bespin So in general I'd say you have a reasonably rare figure, I'm not sure if it would have any great value, I've found that factory error figurestend not to attract a great deal of value, but it depends on who wants it I guess. Interestingly though, aside from the lack of welding the figure looks from the photo's to be in excellent condition with pretty much zero wear, which is quite an achiement in it's self for a Gamorrean Guard. Good find!

Sweet pix! Reminds me of dismembering my whole collection back in '82. And that Bespin Han is just the greatest.

Dismembering i bet you treat your figures alot better these days! i used to play with my figures out in the dirt and trees of our garden and there may have been the odd amputation but certainly no severe dismembering! it would be neat to have a full set of non welded figures for some mix and match imagine the possibilities

I have two jawas that are non-sonic welded. Kenner Version: Lili Ledy Version In my opinion, they are pretty hard to find and can (at times) go for a nice price as well. The cool factor is pretty high as well, due to their insides showing...

Is this why so many EV-9D9 arms pop out of their sockets?
