It feels different than the normal issued figure. Like a very light plastic. Limbs are very loose. But really have no idea of any kind of story behind this.

first time ive seen a black one before, there usually silver but im sure ive seen a gold one in someones limelight ?

Im sticking with it being painted. Look at the knee shots. You can see some paint app on the left and wear on the right

If not its simply stripped....anyway...just a custom..nothing else!
