Hey fellas. I was fixing up my SW display today and realized that I've been doing this bootleg thing for about a year now. So I snapped some new pics of the collection to post up. As always I apologize for the crappy pics and sometimes not showing everything off as well as it should. If I was as fussy with pics as I'd like to be I'd never get one of these things posted. lol!

Here's a pic from about a year ago. A few Mexis from Joe Ys Christmas Blowout. Along with a couple of other "friends" who sold me stuff when they should have been tryng to talk me out of these things. Bastards!!!!
My Bootleg display: Dec. 11,2011 Update and One Year Anniversary Pics 0022

Here's a "group" shot of all the boots.
My Bootleg display: Dec. 11,2011 Update and One Year Anniversary Pics 017-2

My Mexis. With My favorite Dutch Vader in the backround. And my Uzay Vader looking lonely off to one side on the left.
My Bootleg display: Dec. 11,2011 Update and One Year Anniversary Pics 018

More Mexis along with some Polish and a Pink Russian Bossk.
My Bootleg display: Dec. 11,2011 Update and One Year Anniversary Pics 019-1

More Polish. I didn't realize I had gotten so many articulated Polish of various Gens till I set them up today. These things build up on ya. Like fungus.

I love how colorful a shelf full of bootlegs looks. It's like looking at a regular SW collection while tripping on acid.

The collection's shaping up nicely! Looking forward to seeing it continue to grow.

Collection looks great Paul! I love the unart black Chewie and the sliver & gold Stormtroopers! The rest look awesome also. I didn't know you had the bagged Mexis in there.

Keep it up!

Cool stuff Paul, you've been busy! I like the improvised risers. Some crazy figures there, the Barada looks vicious! Even more than the production one who looks mean enough!
Great bootlegs Cool

Wout- The ugly is the appeal of it. Kinda like an ugly girl. You want to look away but kepp looking and thinking "What the hell is that??" That's so mean but couldn't help it. Sorry.

Dallas- Stop being so lazy. Get those boots out and display them in all their glory.

Soren- The collection has grown really quick. Burn those pictures.

Kaze- The Dutch Vader is one of my favorites. Thanks again. Keep an eye out for the 3PO and Chewie.

Paul- The risers are just some foam from some shipping boxs that came into work one day. The brown Barada does look really mean doesn't it.

Ok now that I see the pic I remember seeing the Trooper now. But hadn't clued in there was an R2.

Yr1977- I think the Weequay is somewhat common. I've been told the unpainted 3PO doesn't come up very often.

Unpainted versions of any of the Mex/SA's are uncommon, however, the gray 3-PO is especially rare. It's an unpainted version of the chrome 3PO w/ red eyes... which a painted one is even hard to find these days. There is also a gold painted 3PO in which the unpainted version is yellow. The other two gold 3POs are gold plastic. Here are some samples:

jawdrop

Love 'em Rebo! I've been trying to nab a 3PO and 2-1B for a while. I've got some bagged/carded 3PO's coming but no loose. Those are fantastic! I really dig the matte finish with red eyes Twisted Evil

Thanks for the info Steven. I never own anything rare so I think that's kinda cool. I want a yellow unpainted one and a silver painted one now. Big surprise there huh?

Wow. Those are awesome. It's funny how they released that chewbacca you have there with a cape. I am digging what I think is a gold Imperial Gunner near your vader. The dutch vader is cool as well. Good luck on expanding. Thanks for sharing.
