This is a real mint baggie. Figure is c10 and the bag looks like new. No rips or tears of any kind. Its rare to find baggies this nice. It is factory tape sealed and 100% legit.

recorded delivery is £1.50 in the uk.
Overseas standard non registered delivery is £1.50 but sent at your risk. If you want insurance it is available and recomended and would be £5.00 extra.
If registered postage works out much cheaper (over say £1) i will refund the difference.
