I understand where you are coming from Jimmy. I support the idea of capital punishment but don't trust any legal system to get it right. Unfortunately in many Asian countries drug trafficking is treated like mass murder. It is no secret, so if you're caught I have very little sympathy. I do have big concerns for anyone innocent caught up in some crazy police effort for bribes etc.

I wish every country had the death sentence, it sure would clean up a lot of acts and empty prisons, this human rights bullshit in UK is too much in favour of the guilty, their rights should be revoked the second they commit crimes, not a slapped wrist and let out after a few years. Pull out of this Euro dream land and revert back to our old laws and thats making progress in the right direction.

The US is just as bad with the bleeding heart liberals and their "Its inhumane and against their (the rapists, molesters, and murders) rights". Piss on them. The way I see it, whatever crime you commited, you should have the same done to you.

For me Capital punishment should be introduced in the UK specifically for serial pedophiles and serial murders.

Totally Tim i don't trust our Justice system at all in England we don't need and forensic or any physical evidence to convict somebody eye witness accounts in many cases are enough even just the victims account. The police wont even check somebodies mobile phones records in most cases unless a child is involved or somebody is murdered. I had a friend charged with GBH he hit someone in self defense there was no evidence and no witnesses it was his word against theirs and they had changed there story 3 times in 6 months and it still went to crown court! The case could have been proven in his favor if the police checked him and the other guys phone records but as i said above they don't even have the resource to do that! He ended up getting his phone records privately via his solicitor and its safe to day the case was chucked out.

Exactly, i agree with corporal punishment, but only for extreme cases that are beyond doubt.

not for drug traffic , i mean if they given him 30 years in jail , i think hjis life but be fucked the same and the punishment would be harder then just death

Its been proven that paedophiles NEVER change and cant be changed, once a paedo always a paedo so theyre ALL serial paedos in that case, yes death sentence for murderers too and many cases of "manslaughter" (which happens to be the old 2nd degree murder charge renamed).

These many cases of "oh he wasnt right in the head" - best locked up permanently i would say to avoid future crimes/problems as theyve already got a "get out of jail clause" before they start under these laws.
