Looking good Jay, really like the current format.

I have to agree. The current format looks great. I thought I was jumping to different sites earlier when they kept changing on me.

The newbie Soren thinks the old one was more styleish and did not have the sharp eages that this one has.
And it is abit wird that there is an on/off symbol on all the topics in the section overview.

But i like the new blue stella backgrund :-)

BTW: why is it that on this vintage board is dobbel lightsbers on the avatars of members with many posts ?
Is it just the Phpbb theme that use them ? Or is it by purpose ?


Any way it is just some thing i have been thinking off :-)

We created the graphics oursleves and built our own ranking system.

Here is how they break down



So once a standard user reaches the force addict rank the recieve the blue double saber.

The red and purple double sabers are for moderators and admin.

I knew what the ranking system was all about. I was thinking more on why there is dobbel light sabers .
When it is a vintage forum and the dobbel light sabers where not in the "first" 3 movies .

But i like the ranking system :-)

Hi Guys

Ok i think we are near enough done with the updates

You may notice that some of the colours have now settled down and are more familiar retaining the original feel of the forum but still having the benefits of the updated template.

For those that havent been in for a while theres a few improvements to Live Chat - 1, The text type on box now has a black background so you can finally use all the lighter colours with no problems whatsoever. 2, The background for the entered text is now all black and looks much sleeker than the 2 line tone colours found before. (if your unsure of what i mean use chat now then look at a print screen from the 101 chat thread).

Anyway thanks for bearing with it over the ladt couple days and i hope everyone likes the updates.

We now have a few cool backgrounds as well as banners to rotate to keep the site fresh as well
