I just noticed this little gem this morning:



And after a quick little PM to him, I found out that he did in fact complete his coin run!

This is a HUGE monumental task to finish off and Shawn did it! I think that deserves a huge amount of kudos! So congrats Shawn! I couldn't be happier for you!

I'm looking forward to seeing that finished frame!

I was chatting to Tim in chat early this morning and we had both sent Shawn heads ups about the coin going up for sale. I had my fingers crossed he would get it and came home from Xmas shopping to get the PM he had

In all fairness your coin progress has been a source of motivation for me especially when I hit the CAT 3 and above stage - affectionally known to me as the Wall.

It is a complete a killer when you breeze though the lower catagory coins and suddenly the next cheapest is a a good few hundred. I think know without your updates and trials, I would of probally would of given up ages ago but with 12 now to go I am going to keep going and whenever the down times come I will checkout your amazing achievement.

I'd love a second set to display front and back, but the only way I'd do it is if the coin market bottomed out. I've put a few other areas of my collection on hold while tracking these down, so I'm looking forward to working on those areas again. I do still have a few more coin related purchases planned though.

Thanks Adam! It's great to see your set again and thank you again for creating your frame guide. It has been fun to put the coins in the frames over the last few years and see the number of spaces decrease. I hope I can get a picture of mine that looks as good as yours.
