I have a Palitoy X-Wing with this sticker on the box. It looks like a production number, but the number seems too small for that? They surely made more than 1149 X-Wings?

I'm probably being incredibly stupid, but if I don't ask I don't learn lol. Laughing

It's a code used in the store room of a toy store.

Let's say Argos for example, above or at the back of the store there would be a warehouse/stock room, the first part of the code normally relates to the section, then the last part is the item number in that section.

I would imagine its just an old toy warehouse sticker Smile *They still use this method

Edit - It can also relate to the item number in a catalogue Smile (you know when you fill out those little silly pieces of paper in argos with them stupid pens that the kids steal Laughing )

Hey Joe,

Thanks for the reply! Very Happy

That makes sense. I didn't even think about that. I was just assuming it had been put on at the factory. Embarassed

Ah well...live and learn. Thanks again for the input.

Best Wishes,

-J
