I'm sure people may already be aware of this but I figured I'd share this little tidbit. When I was cleaning a figure once, I used hot water from a water dispenser. I put the hand in the water to let it soak and when I pulled it out I saw it was flexible. I held the hand in a "pinch" (thumb and middle finger) and had an epiphany!

I got this kick-ass TriLogo Boba Fett today (thx DiscoBob83) but alas, the hand couldnt hold his blaster. So I used my method and dago-BAM!!

Here's the picture proof. If you do this, you need to run the figure's hand under cold water once you get the grip to re-harden the plastic. Hope this helps!
