I will not claim that Forums are the only source of reliable information. Nowadays you have Facebook and other sites who provide information. Some FB sites are well kept by honest Collectors. However the information gets splintered and is not always correct, complete or traceable. With forums you at least have the community standing behind you to get all the facts together and in my opinion it is the best way to secure information. I do not think I have missed great offers or information in the past years. OR DID I? If more and more information is slipping to other sites like FB, the less information will come back to these already established reliable forums.
Big thanks to all contributors who make these established forums a great research database and there for a great place to be.

| Agreed I am on facebook and a few SW groups there the mods are good to keep things good no U-Grades or dishonest seller. But for info no it can not beat the forums mainly this one  . |

| I don't use FB, but I can see the appeal if you need a quick fix.
But the real discussions and knowledge seem to be in the forums, from what I've heard. Hopefully users will be able to use both and co-exist. |

| FB is a formidable opponent. But you hit the main point. It's a quick fix platform. It's also spawned FB collectors, people who just want the basics and want to be instantly immersed in the hobby without really learning about the hobby. I'm not saying that's terrible, but it's a departure from the forums where more people wanted to learn. |
