| Just wondering, has anyone used these Marauder inc stands for their vintage Star Wars and if so are they worth getting?
http://www.marauderinc.com/servlet/Categories
Thinking about displaying my figures outside their carry cases and was considering getting an ikea Detolf like this one and having a staircase effect to fit about 100 or so figures in one block.
http://www.ikea.com/au/en/catalog/products/70182172/
I should be able to fit in 10 rows of 10 but course to do so I'll need to buy several 100 of these things to get the height.
Any thoughts from anyone who has done anything similar and also wondering if there are better options out there? This thread doesn't have to be about these products but could be useful for educating people on what other products are out there to help display their vintage figures to maximum effect. |

| Hi OP, im currently displaying my loose set in a deltof, and the only problem i have is its getting very cramped for space, i can fit 3-4 levels of figures in each level. Ive decided to buy a double glass door ikea billy, its twice as wide at 80cm, quite a bit higher at 2m, 2.3 with the extention, so basically it will give me twice the room. For me the problem with the deltof is that as my collection was growing with variants and bootlegs it just wasnt big enough, so if your thinking of making your collection bigger you might want to think bigger, then again you could always buy another deltof. cheers And TO TIG |
