Hi all,

Is there a fast and good non abrasive, non destructive way of cleaning out old ugly damaged stickers off of our beloved toys to put on newer ones or put in real vintage ones that have not been used.

example: thinking about a droid factory r2 that has a real bad damaged sticker, i would need a good way to clean it up without running the chance of damaging the plastic in the long run.

thanks

Let them be the way they are,if you cant stand have it in your collection sell it and buy one that you are satisfied with.

Repro stickers is never a option if you ask me,people dealing with that shit has nothing in this hobby to do. :pitch fork:

Well if it's so damaged that it's not worth anything anyway then I don't see a problem as long as it's not being sold as original or get into circulation as a real one. You could also put on one of those fun stickers like Coca Cola or Pepsi.

The thing comes off pretty easily if you are going to destroy it. Just pick it apart and scrub the center piece in some hot water with soap. of course with something that can't harm it. Should loosen up the glue and remove it pretty easily.

the big problem with repro is that even if the purpose is good it can slip out on the market anyway.

Bud - Keep in mind that older stickers don't usually apply very well. If you're going to think about buying a vintage sticker sheet and hope it'll be good to put on you'll be pretty saddened
