Hi I have does 3 Skiff Guard Battle Staff, but to the guide they look like repro.

What do you guys think ?

I think I have the same weapon, its one of the ones I think could be original but not on the gunnery. Feels and looks original but the mold is opposite to the original found on the gunnery, like the repo.

Yes, it feels original and on other guides it is also original but on the gunnery guide it is repro.

Wish I had one MOC so I could check out the weapon.

In the Lili Ledy guide you can see a pic made by Uli (Idefix13) showing two different mould versions for Nikto's staff: V1 and V2.

Do yours look like either one of them?

Damn, I think the 2 of them is Kenner Version 2 and 1 Lili Ledy, as you can see on my picture the one to the left is much darker than the others.

So the guide on this forum is wrong ?

The dark gray Ledy skiff battle staff is rare, it is possible but not very likely to find one by accident in a sample of three. But off course you might be lucky as we have seen before . Are you sure the plastic feels the same as the lighter grey versions, makes the same sound when you drop it on the table?
IF it is a Ledy staff then maybe you also have a Ledy Nikto figure in your collection. He is a bit difficult to spot. The paler skin, the lighter grey armour and the creamier white arms are the things to look for. Let's start the hunt.

The TIG guide needs to be updated with the 2nd version of the skiff battle staff. Regarding this staff, it is a bit incomplete (not wrong! ) at the moment.

Well I also think they all look like Repro v. 2 on the guide ?

I will try to drop it on the table and feel on it again and also look my at my Nikto figures.

The weapons feel normal and also sounds normal when I drop them on the table, they also floated in the water test.

After I have had them up against the light, they all had the same colour, so I don't think there is any lili ledy weapon. The light on the picture must have tricked me.

Also the figures look like kenner, but they also look a little different, maybe some variants.

Thanks for the link Lars, I don't think yours is ledy mate but I could be wrong, If the mold marks/scars are in the same place as the Ledy variant then it probably is. Have a look at my lando skiffs, theres a few shades of grey in there and none are Ledy.

I also don't think mine is ledy anymore they all looked the same against some light.

Hi guys I have found the Kenner Variant 2 on a Tri-logo Nikto card today.

Could Variant 1 be Kenner and Variant 2 be Tri-logo ?

Does any of you have figures with those weapons moc ?
