| Finally got some time to get out the Stormtroopers and the camera and take the following snaps. The final setup is 200 stormtroopers, with another 17 in the front row - these are all my different coos and datestamps - still looking for a takara if anyone has one spare lying around These are the best troopers - the less mint ones didn't make the final display - total of 428 at last count. Will add photos of the COO info, and other figures later on Gotta run now and cook the Australia Day BBQ before my wife starts selling the troopers on ebay Happy Australia Day everyone!! 3 No COO (Hard torso first) & 1 China COO 1 China COO & 2 HK COO Top Toys, Uzay & Ledy 4 HK COO 3 HK COO (Slutty stormtrooper on the right )

| yeah - there were a couple of tragic 'incidents' during the setup involving the dog and a wagging tail! More pics are below of the different coo versions I have. I'm sure Wolff can put me to shame here, and I might have missed a minor difference or two along the way. This is the only figure I'm going 'all out' on for the diff coo's so let e know if you have one i on't have pictured here... Hard Torso / Lili Ledy 2 different no COOs : Hard Torso / Lili Ledy 3 different 3 line "Hong Kong" COOs 2 different 3 line "HongKong" COOs. The white lines indicate where the 1 of 1977 lines up. 3 different 2 line Hong Kong COOs. The first 2 have different line spacing, the 3rd one has a . after 1977 2 different China COOs. And then a few "rare" figures different length legs - each leg is about 3mm shorter than the other - not sure of the origin of these...??? SUPER RARE suntanned trooper and leopard trooper The first one was a minty white one until i put him on the dash of my car - about 12 months later he had this super cool suntan! The leopard condition seems to afflict the original soft limbed stormtroopers (I think the ones that came on 12 backs - first of the 3 line "Hong Kong" COOs above). |

| Cool Stormtrooper set up! Are you also on RS? - Quote :
- Hey everyone, i'm posting on behalf of a friend who is about to release a new, licensed Stormtrooper item and they'd like to shoot a commercial for the promotion and he's looking for 100 vintage Stormtroopers for the shoot. They can be in any condition and he's either willing to buy or will take them on loan and will return them to you when they're finished.
If you have any for sale or don't mind loaning out your squads of troops, drop me a line and i'll put you in touch with him. http://threads.rebelscum.com/showflat.php?Cat=5&Number=4061442&page=1&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=93&fpart=1#4061442 Maybe something you would want to help out with? I am not sure if the guy got the amount he needed but its worth a shot - Might make some of your troops Z list celebs! |

more you will see in my guide Wink The "real" PBP - I thought the hard torso was the PBP?? Man I'm getting confused now I had 2 no COOs but didn't post the pic (forgot to take the pic and now they are all packed away again! Can't wait for your guide so I can see which ones I'm missing! A loose Takara is at the top of my want list (or close to it with a MOC Ledy) Top toys is there - in the first post Pulled him off a card last month - too hard to find loose!! And I have the weapons, well for about 50 of them anyway (not for the Ledy though ), but didn't include them in the pics. Setting them up without guns was hard enough |

| What a sight to behold. I've always thought it would be cool to have a huge vintage stormie army like that for dioramas and such. Good job at collecting them all. They all look to be in pretty good shape as well. |

| I thought I had a stormy army until I saw this. You need to do a diarma (Sorry I think I spelt this wrong but can't be arsed). Would look really good if you separated them a little with some imperial guards. Great collection mate! |

Great collection mate! thanks thats the ultimate goal. I have the shuttle (in storage) and 200 'other' imperials. plan to set up those troopers on one side, and then rows of other imperials on the other side (scounts, snowtroopers, drivers, commanders, imp gunners etc) and set up one huge mother of an Emperors arrival diorama. Thats when I have the space for this ( = when the wife lets me do it ) |
