| The obvious ones are :
Han solo blaster Imperial blaster Ewok Bow Princess Leia blaster
All of these were never made in grey.
The 3 sabers look too straight and "new" o be original and the 4th saber could be real but its broken.
I would hazard a guess the ewok spears are all painted as well, if you scratch them when you receive them the brown paint will come off.
It looks exactly like the repro sets sold on ebay and I would just send it back mate. Tbh - even if there are a few real ones in there its going to take you all day sifting through them and testing them to check and you already know there are repros in the lot so chances are the rest are as well.

| You can do the scratch test on the R2 saber also. It'll be black underneath if its repro. But the odds of any real ones is slim. |

| If they were real, that lot would've ended for a whole lot more. I've seen lots of that size with all original pieces go for up to $100 already. The one thing I learned about buying weapons on Ebay is, low price= fake/ high price=real. Hope you can get your money back, mate. |

| No probs Andy, I know how it is when you see something ending cheap on the bay- always worth a risk but yep in this case- definitely all junk.
If he is funny with you , just claim they never arrived or something - ebay usually sides with the buyer lol , then burn the repros or send them to Jay for TIG lol |

Andy call ebay Customer Services
Here are some numbers so you not paying 807o rates!
0800 3583229
020 8605 3000 Main Switchboard
Show them both listings i.e the one Joe linked where the seller bought them as REPRO's and the Link to the auction you won where they werent listed as fakes / reproductions.
Ebay will Refund you even before they arrive if you can prove you were sold fakes that were not marked as such ebay wont make someone pay return postage on fakes they will either tell you to destroy / discard them or sent you a postage label to send them to ebay direct so you wont even need to return them to the seller to get your money back.
If you file a complaint to trust and safety they may even kick the seller off ebay as these days they are becoming much tougher on fakes been sold especially when they are not advertised as fakes / sold as original etc.
Also i would set aside some time and have a good look round www.imperialgunnery.com as many of the REPRO's in that auction were cast in Grey where the Originals are not getting a bit of research under your belt will ensure next time you look at ebay picture you will see that they are REPRO's instantly especially with the mass produce 1990's REPRO's like in that auction the newer higher quality REPRO's are not so easy to spot until you get them in hand.

| Ive contaceted ebay customer services and explained what has happened, Joe pointed out that the seller had bought a lot of repros earlier on adn had indeed sold them on as vintage, this is shared with ebay. they have advised me to contace the seller and tell him i want to cancell the transaction. i have done this and am waiting for a reply before i open a claim etc Here is what i sent him Hi, i purchased the star wars weapons the other day from you, they are described as "vintage", however on closer inspection and after passing the picture onto a star wars forum , theimperialgunnery . It has been pointed out to me that they are not vintage at all but reproductions. This was not stated at all in the auction and they have neen missold as vintage. You purchased these a while ago advertised as reproductions and have sold them on ( to me )as vintage. Because of this i would no longer like to continue with the transaction and would like a refund. I have contacted ebay to inform them and they have told me to ask you for a refund to hopefully avoid escalating things. Andy Hopefully he will refund me without any hassle....................... | The only weapon thats probably real is the boushh rifle as that weapon doesnt have REPRO's apart from a crude metal one i picked up.
1 or 2 of the others may be real (its hard to tell in the pic but i doubt it) but at least 90% of those weapons are REPRO junk and the cheap crappy mass produced stuff where the colour isnt right on many of them.
Keep on at eBay Andy now you got the landline number its easy to keep on them without it costing you lol

After what happened to me I don't trust ebay or paypal to do the right thing ... eveything is bought using the "ol plastic" so if I do get scammed again I will be getting my credit card company to fuck em over. |
